UKG Project Manager

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee the successful delivery of assigned programs, projects, or contracted services, ensuring business and technology outcomes are achieved. - Utilize standard tools, methodologies, and processes to plan, execute, monitor, and control program/project activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. - Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. - Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Project Management. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools and software. - Solid understanding of business and technology outcomes, with the ability to align project objectives with organizational goals. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proven track record of successfully delivering programs, projects, or contracted services on time and within budget. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues. - Experience in managing and controlling service level agreements. - Proficient in UKG Pro Workforce Management. - Strong knowledge of workforce management principles and software support methodologies. - Experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues within enterprise applications. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. - Proficient in documenting technical solutions and support procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Program Project Management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Program and Project Management or a related field. - This position is based in Manila and Cebu. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
