Technology Strategy & Transformation (TS&T) in Warsaw supports organizations in shaping and executing technology agendas aligned with business priorities. We combine a strategic perspective with hands-on advisory, helping clients move from ambition to execution-ready decisions.

Our teams work across the full technology landscape, from enterprise architecture and cloud platforms, through operating and financial models, to data and AI capabilities. This integrated approach enables holistic advisory spanning business objectives, technology choices and scalable execution.

Our Data Migration & Transformation Capability supports organizations undertaking large-scale change initiatives, including:

  • Post-Merger Integrations
  • Technology carve-outs and separations
  • Core Banking replacements and upgrades
  • CRM and ERP transformations
  • Platform consolidations
  • Enterprise modernization programs

These transformations frequently require business-critical data to be migrated between applications, operating models and technology landscapes while maintaining business continuity, regulatory compliance and customer experience.

As part of our team, you will help clients design, govern and deliver migration activities that enable successful transformation outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For

You will work with business leaders, technology teams, architects and transformation specialists to help organizations deliver complex business and technology transformations.

Depending on your experience, interests and project needs, you may contribute across different areas of migration and transformation programs throughout their lifecycle.

You will support clients in designing, planning, governing and delivering migration activities that enable successful transitions between business applications, operating models and technology landscapes. Typical activities include:

  • Defining migration strategies, delivery approaches and transformation roadmaps.
  • Designing source-to-target mappings, transformation rules and migration concepts.
  • Analyzing source and target data models, business processes and application landscapes.
  • Defining reconciliation approaches, validation controls and migration success criteria.
  • Planning and supporting mock migrations, dress rehearsals and production migration events.
  • Supporting migration governance, readiness reviews and cutover activities.
  • Identifying migration risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinating business and technology stakeholders throughout the migration lifecycle.
  • Supporting migration-related decision making through analysis and recommendations.

Your Impact

We are looking for professionals who solve complex business and technology challenges and combine analytical thinking with practical delivery experience.

Candidates should bring experience gained through consulting, business transformation, migration governance, program delivery, business analysis, reconciliation, cutover management or comparable large-scale transformation initiatives.

This role focuses on business-critical transformation and data migration outcomes rather than data engineering, ETL development, infrastructure migration or replatforming activities.

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable plans.
  • Understanding of end-to-end data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, loading and reconciliation.
  • Experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and facilitation capabilities.
  • Practical SQL knowledge for data analysis, validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting activities.
  • Understanding of how technology, data and operating models support business transformation.
  • Ability to manage priorities, dependencies and risks in dynamic environments.
  • Curiosity about how data, technology and operating models enable business change.

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be considered an advantage:

  • Data Migration
  • Technology Transformation
  • Post-Merger Integration
  • Core Banking Transformation
  • Program or Project Management
  • Business Analysis
  • Data Reconciliation and Validation
  • Data Quality Management
  • Cutover and Deployment Readiness
  • Technology Consulting
  • Enterprise Architecture

Previous Banking or Financial Services experience is preferred but not required.

What's In It For You

  • Work on large-scale business and technology transformations across industries and geographies.
  • Develop expertise at the intersection of business, technology and data transformation.
  • Collaborate with experienced transformation leaders and industry specialists.
  • Build skills across strategy, governance, stakeholder management and delivery.
  • Contribute to a growing capability focused on one of the most critical aspects of business transformation

Research indicates that some candidates, especially the most diverse ones, may hesitate to apply for positions if they don't meet all requirements. If you believe you possess the necessary skills, even if you do not meet every requirement, we wholeheartedly encourage you to submit your application.
