Microsoft’s Finance Rotation Program (FRP) is one of the premier financial analysis programs in tech. This opportunity is an investment in early-in-profession talent, offering training within core finance teams that are driving industry-leading work. They’ll get to submit preferences for teams that interest them most across corporate finance, sales and product groups like Azure, M365, and XBOX, all while using best-in-class AI tools to solve complex business problems. As an FRP Analyst, you can expect to develop your finance skills rapidly, contribute meaningfully, and interact with senior leaders, gaining insights and mentorship to help you accelerate your career.
