Project Management Sr. Analyst

We are looking for a Program & Project Management Senior Analyst to support the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and project governance standards. This role works closely with cross-functional and client-facing teams to coordinate project activities, manage risks and changes, and contribute to successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage and track project change requests and communicate approved changes to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking and project financial management.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
• Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project quality and ensure adherence to established methodologies and standards.
• Escalate issues when required and support resolution of project conflicts.
• Provide guidance and support to project team members.
• Contribute to project status reporting and stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• 4+ year of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related roles.
• Experience working in client-facing environments.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (written and verbal).
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
