Key job responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to drive critical initiatives across Prime Air's data collection organization. The right candidate will have both a strong technical background and demonstrated experience in technical management or program/product management. You will partner with engineers, TPMs, Operations Managers, and leadership to bring drone delivery to millions of customers around the world.

Export Control License: This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Placement is contingent on Amazon’s ability to apply for and obtain an export control license on your behalf.

Lead cross-functional program execution, partnering with stakeholders to deliver projects on time

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs balancing customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints

Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver them successfully and on time

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
