Job Description for SAP GTS:
Minimum 1 implementations of SAP GTS in the following modules
Compliance management - Configuration testing and implementation of SPL screening, Embargo Screening and Legal control for Export and Import.
Custom Management - Configuration testing and implementation of Customs classifications, duty rate calculations, customs export processing and customs Import processing for APAC, US and EU countries. Broker and self filling for customs export/ import.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and resolve challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and improve overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Strong knowledge of trade compliance processes and regulatory requirements within global trade management.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP Global Trade Services solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and driving consensus across diverse teams to achieve project objectives.
- Competence in risk management and mitigation strategies within large-scale technology projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
