CNPF Business Administration
You will have the opportunity to work within Mastercard’s B2B business, supporting the development and delivery of solutions that help businesses and financial institutions simplify how they make and receive payments. Working alongside commercial, product, technology and customer-facing teams, you will gain exposure to how Mastercard’s B2B solutions are developed, managed and brought to market. This is a highly collaborative environment where you will work on real business priorities, analyse information, solve problems and help drive initiatives that create value for customers and Mastercard.
What you’ll do
As an Associate Analyst, Business Administration, you will:
• Support the delivery of strategic B2B initiatives by analysing business information, identifying opportunities and helping translate priorities into actionable plans
• Work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, technology, finance and operations to coordinate activities and help deliver key customer and business outcomes
• Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Support the development of business cases, presentations and performance reporting to help inform commercial and strategic decisions
• Assist with the management and execution of customer and internal initiatives, tracking actions, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Help identify and resolve business or operational issues by working with relevant stakeholders and developing practical solutions
• Build an understanding of Mastercard’s B2B products, customers and commercial models, while developing strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
What we’re looking for:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with an anticipated graduation date between January 2026 and August 2027
• Available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude
• High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership
