Meet your future team
Join our Compliance team, which oversees compliance activities across PwC Luxembourg and helps protect the firm’s regulatory, litigation and reputational interests. You will work closely with client-facing teams, risk management colleagues and IT stakeholders to ensure that critical documentation is managed accurately, securely and in line with internal requirements.
What your role will look like
As a Document Management Officer, you will help ensure the integrity, accessibility and proper management of documentation that supports client engagements and compliance requirements. Your work will contribute to quality delivery, effective risk management and the smooth operation of document-related processes across the firm.
- Support client-facing teams throughout the lifecycle of their engagements by providing reliable document management services.
- Produce, maintain and manage centralised documentation that supports compliance, quality and operational requirements.
- Ensure the secure storage, tracking, retention and destruction of physical files and records in line with internal procedures and control standards.
- Deliver accurate reporting and documentation insights to support risk management activities and decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency and user experience.
- Manage administrative activities, including mail handling and the maintenance of procedures and documentation standards.

The skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- First experience in an administrative, operational support, or client-service-oriented role.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Fluency in English and French
