As a Java AWS Full Stack Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS services, Spark and SQL. The role involves developing cloud-native solutions using AWS Lambda, AWS Batch, and container-based architectures while ensuring successful end-to-end delivery. You will lead the team, perform code reviews, and leverage tools such as GitHub, Claude AI, and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and code quality. Experience with Node.js and AngularJS will be an added advantage.

Professional & Technical Skills
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Strong hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Services, SQL, REST APIs, Spark and Microservices Architecture.
Strong experience with AWS services, including Lambda, Batch, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, RDS, GLUE, Redshift, Step Functions
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS/EKS
Experience with GitHub repositories, source code management, code reviews, and release management.
Experience leveraging Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools for coding, troubleshooting, code optimization, and productivity improvements.
Strong knowledge of application deployment, production support, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
Strong experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving production issues.
Added Advantage
Experience or working knowledge of Node.js.
Experience or working knowledge of AngularJS.
Experience with application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Exposure to serverless and event-driven application architectures.
Exposure to CI/CD Pipelines
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications.
Develop scalable cloud-native solutions using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and AWS services.
Design and implement REST APIs and microservices-based architectures.
Build and support AWS Lambda functions, AWS Batch jobs, containerized applications, and cloud integrations.
Own code quality through code reviews, development standards, and engineering best practices.
Utilize GitHub for source control, branching strategies, release management.
Leverage Claude AI or GitHub Copilot, or modern development tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development team members.
Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous performance improvements.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to key technical decisions.
Ensure adherence to security, reliability, and cloud governance standards.
Additional Information
Minimum 7.5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, Batch, Containers, and related serverless technologies.
Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise applications in Agile environments.
15 years of full-time education required.
