As a (Senior) Program Manager with Amazon, you will have the opportunity to develop the business requirements and influence the success of different partners. In this role, you will own operational programs related to our under the roof operations, vendors, and third-party partners and work to resolve operational issues. As a program manager you will work cross-functionally to drive customer centric programs. This role requires a deep need for stakeholder management, an ability to synthesize data and information, and communication across internal and external partners.
Key job responsibilities
- Design comprehensive program strategies that drive operational improvements and support business objectives
- Coordinate complex projects across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities, track performance, and implement continuous improvements
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential challenges in program execution
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, presenting clear insights and recommendations

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
