We're seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in vehicle safety and operational excellence across our regional delivery network. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fleet performance, implement solutions, and ensure our delivery stations operate at the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

- [B]This person will support the Lakes/Midwest regions in the United States and permanent work site will be required to be in that region.[B]
Key job responsibilities
- Lead full life-cycle of complex cross-functional projects and programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations
- Seek to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions
- Partner with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order
- Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes from third-party solutions, security not considered, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.)
- Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
- Measure and manage performance to daily metrics as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for multiple Delivery Station Fleets to maintain the world’s safest and fully mission capable vehicles
- Partner with Amazon Operations leaders, Delivery Service Partners (DSP), and program teams to source, allocate, and coordinate resources to achieve business goals
- Synchronize with third party companies to ensure Best in Class service is provided to the Amazon Fleet

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
