Key job responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of programs for our SAP S/4HANA implementation. fit-to-standard design through configuration, integration, testing, and cutover, owning the schedule, scope, cross-workstream dependencies, and risks.
- Serve as the program's point of coordination across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and external system integrators, keeping workstreams aligned to an integrated delivery plan.
- Manage the system-integrator and vendor relationship day to day (statements of work, deliverables, milestones, and quality), holding partners accountable to their commitments.
- Own the mechanisms that keep the program on track: the integrated master schedule, RAID logs, status narratives, and business reviews.
- Drive requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions to closure, surfacing trade-offs and escalating the right decisions at the right altitude to keep delivery moving.
- Plan and lead data migration, testing, training, and cutover/go-live readiness, owning the criteria that determine when the business is ready to transact on S/4HANA.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
