A day in the life
You will spend your day balancing strategic planning with hands-on product delivery. In a given week, you might review ML model accuracy metrics for image verification, define requirements for a new notification channel, align with operations on recall case workflows, and present roadmap tradeoffs to leadership. Your customers are both the Amazon shoppers who need clear, timely information about product safety and the internal teams who execute remediation at scale. You will own decisions end to end, from defining what gets built to measuring whether it worked.
