Are you looking for a career move that will put you at the heart of a global financial institution? Then bring your skills to Citi.

By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organization whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress.

Citi is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Senior Analyst to join the Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting team within the Services Regulatory Reporting Operations — a role at the intersection of regulatory compliance, data management, and financial services operations. In this position, you will support the accurate and timely delivery of non-financial regulatory reports across three core business lines — Issuer Services, Custody Services, and Funds Services — ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. This is a meaningful opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to develop a career in regulatory reporting within a globally connected financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and submit non-financial regulatory reports across Issuer Services, Custody, and Funds business lines, ensuring accuracy and adherence to submission deadlines
  • Track regulatory developments and evaluate their impact on existing reporting obligations, supporting the interpretation and implementation of new or amended requirements
  • Collect, validate, and reconcile data from multiple internal systems, performing root cause analysis on discrepancies and escalating issues where required
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all regulatory submissions, including data lineage and supporting evidence to underpin governance and control frameworks
  • Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to gather required reporting data, resolve queries, and support internal and external audit processes
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency, strengthen data controls, and support automation and technology-driven solutions

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in securities services, cash and trade operations, regulatory reporting, or a closely related financial services role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent command of English
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to collect, validate, and reconcile complex datasets from multiple sources to produce reliable regulatory outputs
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology functions
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate moderately complex issues, assess their impact, and escalate appropriately

By joining Citi Solutions Center Poland, you will not only be part of a business casual workplace with a hybrid working model (currently up to 2 days working at home per week), but also (potentially, subject to final offer) receive a competitive base salary and enjoy a whole host of additional benefits which can include:
