Title and Summary
Manager, Go-to-Market Product SynergiesOverviewMastercard Services is one of Mastercard's fastest-growing businesses and holds a leading position in security solutions. It builds and sells a broad portfolio of identity, fraud and security solutions. Alongside these, Mastercard Advisors runs a large consulting organisation for banks, merchants, fintechs and payment providers worldwide.
You'll join the Go-to-Market Optimization team, which helps identity and fraud solutions reach and succeed in the market. This role owns the synergies between our identity solutions and Advisors, between identity and other fraud and security product groups, and with Mastercard network solutions. It finds where these strengthen each other and turns that into offers customers buy.
- Product ownership: treating each combined offer as a product, defined with product teams and taken through to launch and beyond.
- Commercial strategy: using market and customer insight to set positioning, target segments and the go-to-market approach, and equipping sales and regional teams to win.
- Analytics: analysing large datasets to track performance and KPIs, find optimisation opportunities and size new ones.
Above all, you'll bring the identity and fraud expertise to set how we position these offers and the story we tell customers.
Role:
Product synergies and go-to-market
• Own a portfolio of synergy opportunities between Identity & Fraud, Advisors and other product groups: prioritise, build the case and see them through to launch.
• Shape the positioning, narrative and value proposition for combined offers.
• Define the GTM for each offer: target segments, sales motion and enablement for regional teams.
• Secure commitment from product, consulting, sales and regional leaders, and keep it as priorities shift.
Analytics
• Analyse large datasets to size opportunities, find target customers and build business cases.
• Use and help shape the team's Tableau and Power BI dashboards to track opportunities, pipeline and customer value.
Market Insight
• Anticipate where payments, identity, fraud and risk are heading, spot new ideas early and shape them into future offers.
• Contribute to thought leadership and customer presentations.
All about you
• Experienced in identity or fraud, in payments, banking, consulting, analytics, strategy or product roles.
• A deep understanding of identity and fraud solutions and how they're positioned to customers.
• Go-to-market experience: taking products or services to market, from positioning and segmentation to sales enablement and launch.
• Enablement experience: helping sales, customer success and consulting teams succeed, from training and materials to deal support and customer conversations.
• A track record of getting things done through others in a large, matrixed organisations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience turning large datasets into business decisions.
• Clear writing and presenting, with a feel for narrative.
