You will be working at the heart of the Global Alliance Immunology Franchise where we take pride in our commitment to excellence and value our team culture. What drives us is the opportunity to make an impact with Immunology products that truly can transform the lives of people living with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps, Eosinophilic Esophagitis, Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis, COPD, Severe Asthma, Atopic Dermatitis, Prurigo Nodularis, Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria, and Bullous Pemphigoid.
As Global Therapeutic Area Head, Rhinology & Gastroenterology, you will report to the Global Head of Alliance Immunology and own the end-to-end global strategy for our multi-indication Rhinology & Gastroenterology portfolio spanning Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyposis (CRSwNP), Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis (AFRS), and Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). You will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary franchise team, as well as specialists across International Markets, Customer Engagement, Patient Marketing, and Market Development, serving as the internal champion and external face of the Rhinology & Gastroenterology franchise.
This role is an opportunity to transform the practice of medicine in rhinology and gastroenterology and cement Sanofi's position as an undisputed global leader in immunology.
Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Main Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Execution Excellence
- Develop and own the global brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plan for the Rhinology & Gastroenterology portfolio across CRSwNP, AFRS, and EoE, ensuring full alignment with Sanofi's vision, alliance commitments, and market opportunities

- Develop global campaigns, best practice playbooks, and modular content that empower local markets to execute with excellence and speed
- Drive targeted, market-relevant initiatives to dismantle barriers to biologic adoption in CRSwNP and EoE, including referral pathway gaps, diagnostic delays, and low disease awareness, ensuring Sanofi is positioned as the category-defining leader in these underpenetrated therapeutic areas
- Build awareness and engagement among ENT specialists, allergists, and gastroenterologists to accelerate appropriate patient identification

- Own, develop, and regularly update the global revenue forecast across markets, ensuring projections are grounded in rigorous analysis and aligned with strategic priorities
- Own and manage the global commercial operating budget, ensuring ROI-driven investment allocation and disciplined resource management
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the impact of global and local/regional commercial activities, holding the franchise accountable to ambitious performance standards
Pipeline & Life Cycle Management
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, Clinical Program Management, and alliance partners to develop a life cycle strategy aligned with the Rhino-Gastro franchise vision and long-term leadership ambition
- Represent the global commercial perspective in Life Cycle Management governance and R&D clinical development programs, ensuring commercial viability and patient relevance are embedded in development decisions
- Lead commercial strategy development, conduct commercial assessments, and support the development of robust business cases for pipeline and life cycle opportunities across CRSwNP, AFRS, and EoE
- Identify additional development opportunities, including new indications, patient segments, and combination approaches, to maximize the long-term value of the Rhino-Gastro portfolio
- Serve as a key voice in Alliance governance and EXCOM-level discussions, representing the franchise's commercial interests with clarity, credibility, and strategic conviction
