Our purpose-driven culture inspires us to discover, develop, and deliver innovative medicines to prevail over serious diseases. We offer uniquely interesting and meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment that values inclusion, wellbeing, flexibility, and comprehensive benefits. This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.

The Project Coordinator is part of the Cell Therapy Launch and Lifecycle Management Excellence Team, which enables operational and system readiness by coordinating commercial and clinical cell therapy launches to expand patient access and advance the BMS pipeline. This position provides project coordination and operational support across launch and lifecycle initiatives, including meeting coordination, documentation management, SmartLaunch updates, action tracking, reporting, and knowledge management. The role helps ensure launch information is accurate, current, and accessible to support the cross-functional launch team in timely launch readiness, risk management, and decision-making.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Cell Therapy Launch and Lifecycle Management and will not have direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recurring launch governance meetings, execution meetings, portfolio reviews, and team operating forums.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, collect and organize pre-read materials, and distribute meeting communications.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Launch and Lifecycle Management Excellence team including the documentation and distribution of meeting minutes, decisions, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Support maintenance of launch plans, milestones, deliverables, and status information in SmartLaunch.
  • Review SmartLaunch records and supporting trackers for completeness, consistency, timeliness, and data quality; identify gaps and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Support in the generation of routine portfolio reports, dashboards, metrics, and presentation materials to support operational and leadership visibility.
  • Maintain launch documentation repositories, team calendars, SharePoint sites, training, and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate document reviews, approvals, version control, publication, archival, and retrieval activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support onboarding, training coordination, user adoption, and knowledge management for launch processes, tools, and team ways of working.
  • Assist with inspection-readiness and documentation-retrieval activities as requested.
  • Support implementation and adoption of approved process improvements, tools, templates, and standardized ways of working.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, life sciences, project management, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, project management support, supply chain, quality, or a related function.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent organization, written and verbal communication, meeting documentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with project management, reporting, portfolio management, or workflow systems; SmartLaunch and OnePlan Portfolio Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently within established direction.
  • Project management training or certification is a plus.
