About the Role

We are seeking a highly accomplished, hands on Agentic AI Platforms & Products Lead to drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for our Agent platform’s suite of user-facing products:  workflow orchestration, Agent Store & (marketplace), workflow telemetry & single pane of glass,  sandbox, and conversational agent. This role is the primary product interface between stakeholders and engineering and science organizations — owning prioritization, delivery timelines, and the platform roadmap. As the platform scales to enterprise, this leader will play conduit for customers to leverage the platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and delivery timelines for the platform capabilities
  • Interface with business stakeholders as the primary Product Owner — translating business needs into platform features and agent capabilities
  • Drive product prioritization based on business value and platform scalability
  • Define product requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for each product
  • Work with the innovation pillar, fintech and external partners to accelerate the capabilities offerings
  • Manage the self-service enablement roadmap with no-code/low-code tooling
  • Coordinate with Core Engineering on platform capabilities, NFRs, and release management
  • Partner with Science pillar on evaluation, model selection, and Responsible AI integration into products
  • Drive customer enablement: onboarding playbooks, training, change management for Falcon adoption
  • Track product KPIs: adoption rates, workflow completion rates, agent reuse metrics, user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Formal experience in being a product owner or a product manager.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years (MD) / 7+ years (VP) / 4+ years (AVP) of experience in product management for technology platforms
  • Proven track record of shipping AI/ML or automation products at enterprise scale
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI, workflow orchestration, and low-code/no-code platform paradigms
  • Experience managing product roadmaps across multiple product lines simultaneously
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — ability to align business, operations, and technology teams
  • Familiarity with financial services operations and asset servicing workflows is a strong plus
  • Data-driven decision-making: experience with product analytics, A/B testing, and KPI frameworks
  • Agile product management expertise (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
