You'll work with teams to identify process improvements, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to advanced technologies and industry best practices. This internship provides a foundation for potential future opportunities within our Leadership Development Programs or full-time positions.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Intern under close supervision, performs a variety of entry-level administrative tasks and special projects; assists in the coordination of administrative activities and analysis of department systems and procedures; and performs related work, as required.


REQUIREMENTS:


Education: High school degree or equivalent; proof of enrollment in a college or university and work experience paid or volunteer, which demonstrates

the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position.


Languages: Intermediate English proficiency.


Specialized skills:

1.   Good communication and training skills

2.   Organized and efficient in daily tasks

3.   Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

4. Basic knowledge in SolidWorks and Autocad.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists with material rework instructions.
  • Provide support for internal document training.
  • Facilitates internal documentation changes.
  • Assists with quotations for tools and new equipment.
  • Assists in the investigation and resolution of incidents and/or accidents.
  • Creates or modifies engineering and maintenance procedures and forms as necessary.
  • Trains employees involved in process changes or new processes.
  • Participates in the investigation of corrective actions, complaints, or CAPAs.
  • Assists department personnel with assigned administrative, planning, organizational, technical, and professional tasks for facility maintenance, rack molding, or blow molding engineering, according to the assigned area.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
