NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead IT infrastructure deployment for Real Estate and Site Services (RESS) programs across the Americas. In this role, you will help deliver the infrastructure that enables NVIDIA offices, labs, and sites to open, expand, and operate successfully.

You will lead programs from planning through go-live. You will work across IT, Facilities, Engineering, Security, and external partners to coordinate delivery, remove blockers, and keep projects moving. This role is a strong fit for someone who brings structure to complex work, builds trust across teams, and enjoys turning plans into results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure delivery for office builds, lab buildouts, relocations, expansions, and site upgrades

  • Drive programs from early planning through deployment, validation, go-live, and operational handoff

  • Build and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria

  • Partner with teams across Enterprise Networking, Compute Platform and Services, Storage, Security, UCE, IT support, Facilities, and Engineering

  • Develop BOM estimates and coordinate procurement, vendors, materials, and installation schedules

  • Translate business needs and technical requirements into clear deployment plans

  • Track and resolve blockers related to construction readiness, lead times, legal or contract review, circuit delivery, and changing scope

  • Run project reviews, stakeholder updates, and executive communications

  • Help improve deployment workflows, templates, and operating processes across the RESS portfolio

  • Support a smooth transition from project delivery to operational ownership

What We Need To See:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 12+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure deployment, or large-scale IT delivery

  • Experience leading cross-functional infrastructure programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

  • Experience delivering office, lab, site, or data center infrastructure projects

  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, wireless, compute, storage, security, and user support readiness

  • Experience with project planning, budgeting or estimation, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to change, and keep teams aligned on outcomes

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Partnering Real Estate, Facilities, or construction teams on integrated site delivery

  • Experience supporting secure labs, or specialized engineering environments

  • Experience improving delivery processes across multiple programs or regions

  • Familiarity with infrastructure readiness areas such as ISP/circuit delivery, rack-and-stack coordination, low-voltage work, and go-live planning

  • Exposure to a fast-paced technology environment with high expectations for speed and quality
