Want to shape how Amazon invests billions of marketing dollars worldwide? As a Finance Manager within the North America Stores (NAS) Marketing Finance organization, you will lead Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for Worldwide Amazon Stores Fixed Marketing. As the team expands its use of Generative AI and automation to accelerate reporting, this is a compelling time to join and help define how marketing finance operates at scale. You will own consolidation and reporting across North America Stores, Worldwide Stores, and all Amazon lines of business, serving as the single finance point of contact for Worldwide Stores Fixed Marketing. Your analyses and narratives will go directly to senior Marketing and Finance leaders, including presentations prepared for VP and SVP-level reviews. You will also play a key role in the Amazon-wide Marketing Investment Review that reaches Amazon's most senior executives. If you are ready to build your expertise in marketing investment and efficiency measurement while operating at a truly global scale, this is the role for you.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning mechanisms including program management, consolidation of financials and operating metrics, and synthesis of investment plans for NAS Fixed Marketing. Own the Fixed Marketing consolidation for the Amazon-wide Marketing Investment Review.
- Lead end-to-end reporting mechanisms for monthly and quarterly reviews, including consolidation of financials and operating metrics, and clear synthesis of performance variances for NAS Fixed Marketing.
- Serve as the single finance point of contact for Worldwide Stores Fixed Marketing, partnering with marketing teams and finance counterparts across Worldwide Amazon Stores to align financial and operational analyses and challenge assumptions when necessary.
- Build and maintain financial models that evaluate marketing investment efficiency, drawing conclusions and delivering recommendations to senior Marketing and Finance leaders through polished executive narratives.
- Drive continuous improvements in the speed and accuracy of financial reporting for NAS Fixed Marketing Finance, including automation using Generative AI tools, SQL, and Excel.

A day in the life
You might start your morning reviewing the FP&A calendar and preparing a variance analysis for an upcoming monthly Fixed Marketing review. By midday, you could be leading a planning consolidation session with finance counterparts across Worldwide Amazon Stores or drafting an executive narrative that synthesizes investment plans for senior leadership. In the afternoon, you may work on automating a reporting workflow using Generative AI tools or reconciling inputs for the Marketing Investment Review. Your work directly connects marketing spend data to the decisions that help Amazon invest wisely.
