About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience
The Chief of Staff role sits at the right hand of the EVP of Consumer & Business Services (CBS), creating scale and impact across the organization's biggest priorities. You'll be the trusted thought partner who orchestrates executive engagements, shapes customer and industry narratives, and keeps the leadership team focused and accountable - a role built for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Partner with the EVP on CBS priorities, translating strategy into action and driving focus, accountability and follow-through across the leadership team.
  • Own executive briefing excellence, ensuring the EVP is exceptionally prepared for key internal, customer and industry engagements through concise, insight-rich briefings, strong narratives, clear recommendations and defined asks.
  • Orchestrate strategic customer engagement, partnering with account teams, Marketing and functional leaders to prioritize the right engagements, shape objectives and storylines, and ensure strong preparation and follow-through.
  • Drive excellence across SICs and high-priority customer events by reviewing agendas, attendees, executive roles, content and desired outcomes so each engagement is purposeful and differentiated.
  • Shape CBS industry and customer narratives by partnering with Marketing and other stakeholders to translate market, customer and AI trends into compelling points of view and engagement strategies.
  • Serve as connective tissue across Salesforce, building relationships with Chiefs of Staff and leadership teams company-wide to stay ahead of enterprise priorities and decisions that may impact CBS.
  • Partner closely with the EVP's Executive Assistant and Sales Strategy team to ensure clear ownership across executive priorities, operating cadences and follow-through.
  • Orchestrate the EVP's priority rhythms across strategic customer engagement, CRO priorities and cross-OU initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and actions move forward.
  • Support CBS consumption orchestration, connecting priorities, customer signals, leadership actions and cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption across the OU.
  • Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the EVP, bringing the right stakeholders together to move work to resolution.
  • Represent the EVP in internal meetings and initiatives as appropriate, exercising strong judgment and discretion.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, Chief of Staff, customer strategy or related roles.
  • You bring exceptional strategic thinking and can quickly synthesize complex information into a clear point of view, recommendation or action.
  • You have outstanding executive storytelling and communication skills, including experience developing briefing documents, presentations and narratives for senior executives and customers.
  • You have a strong customer orientation and can understand account context, business challenges and executive priorities.
  • You've demonstrated the ability to build relationships with senior executives and lead through influence across a highly matrixed organization.
  • You exercise excellent judgment, executive presence and discretion, knowing what to elevate, solve, delegate or deprioritize.
  • You have strong operational discipline and can manage multiple high-priority initiatives with attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • You're comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, complexity and changing priorities.

Even Better If...

  • You're a creative thinker who brings new ideas and approaches to customer engagements, industry moments and leadership priorities.
  • You have experience operating at a Senior Manager or Director level.
  • You have high comfort with AI and productivity tools and can use technology to improve research, synthesis, content development and executive effectiveness.
