DESCRIPTION:
Join us as a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific to advance manufacturing excellence in support of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate manufacturing activities, and guide teams to achieve exceptional results in safety, quality, and efficiency. Working in a GMP-regulated environment, you'll advance continuous improvement initiatives, implement lean manufacturing practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while developing strategic solutions to meet business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to enhance production processes, support team development, and cultivate a culture of operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
•High School degree required. Associates Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, preferred or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive manufacturing assembly, or operations leadership experience preferred; or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field and a minimum of three (3) years of progressive manufacturing, assembly, or operations leadership experience preferred

  • HS Diploma required and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive manufacturing assembly, or operations leadership experience
