Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing

Overview:
Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to join the Global Business Service Center. This individual will partner with Mastercard’s Center for Inclusive Growth organization and ESG Marketing to support website management, content management, and governance efforts across our digital properties.
The qualified candidate will be a member of a highly visible team working closely with key internal customers to support day-to-day publishing, content development, internal auditing, and various technical enhancements across websites. Success in this role requires the ability to work cross-functionally with other key functions such as global and regional marketing teams, Data Privacy & Strategy, Sustainability, and Strategic Growth, among others.
Role:
• Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization's website.
• Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues. Maintain logs.
• Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.
• Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
• Working with graphic designers and writers to develop website content.
• Publishing new blog and/or page content as required.
• Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.
• Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.
• Improving the user experience of the website regularly.
• Carrying out onsite search optimisation.
• Working with the online marketing team to ensure strategies are fully integrated and cohesive.
• Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand. strategy and meets the organization’s standards.
• Creating strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.
• Track KPIs for all CFIG digital properties with quarterly and end-of-year performance reviews.
• Ensuring full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.
• Maintaining and organising the website media folders.
• Assisting in creating and sharing promotional material through Pardot (email), social media
• Manage all assets for the Center and Partner materials.
• Managing all GDPR requests for Center sites with O&T.
• Manage the Mastercard Inclusive Growth email account and CX.
All About You:
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• In-depth knowledge of content strategy and marketing best practices
• Experience with Email marketing, A/B testing, SEO, SEM, and keyword research
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests concurrently, while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Experience in web content publishing with exposure to a high degree of collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across marketing areas.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex information to effectively deliver messages, both verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated, and ability to operate with a sense of urgency.
• Proficient in Adobe Products.
