Multiple Positions Available:
Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies across B2B (dealer acquisition, activation, retention) and B2C (customer purchase journey) segments. Build automated, behavior-triggered omnichannel journeys that drive measurable improvements in customer lifetime value (LTV), dealer activation rates, and transaction velocity. Lead marketing automation platform strategy including implementation, optimization, and vendor management. Develop segmentation frameworks that translate behavioral signals into personalized, revenue-driving communications. Establish governance frameworks for campaign deployment, QA processes, and ownership across Marketing, BD, and Sales Ops. Lead A/B testing roadmap to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue per email. Partner with Analytics and BI teams to build attribution models that quantify each channel’s impact on pipeline velocity and revenue influenced.
Up to 20% domestic travel required.
