Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:
As a Performance Engineer, your day involves investigating and resolving complex performance challenges that the internal testing team has not been able to address. You will engage deeply with various facets of performance engineering, including understanding the software development lifecycle and architecture, validating performance through rigorous testing, planning for capacity needs, managing application performance, and identifying as well as resolving problems efficiently. Your role requires a comprehensive approach to ensure systems operate optimally under different conditions, contributing to the overall reliability and scalability of software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to Service Delivery , Application development activities , Compliance consulting , Support engagements, and Validation testing for CDS/Non-CDS Applications, Empower,LabX, SDC, DBlast. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and architecture principles.
- Experience in performance testing methodologies and validation techniques.
- Ability to conduct capacity planning and forecast system resource requirements.
- Familiarity with application performance management tools and problem resolution processes.
- Analytical skills to diagnose complex performance issues and implement effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
