What are we looking for? • Experienced analytics professional with 8-12 years of experience in market planning, forecasting, commercial analytics or business analytics. Strong analytical thinking, forecasting expertise, stakeholder management and team leadership skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead market planning and performance analysis activities across assigned markets. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, demand drivers and business KPIs. Develop forecasts, scenarios and planning recommendations to support business decisions. Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders, ensure data quality and reporting accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members and drive automation, standardization and continuous process improvements.
