Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Studio Ops Program Manager. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and creative industry production management, supporting both internal and external facing programs.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast paced environments, understands how to navigate shifting priorities, is comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and brings strong program management fundamentals — including process design, vendor coordination, operations, and cross-functional communication. This candidate is detail-oriented and interested in learning how the studio can make and scale impact across multiple areas.

This role is part of the Studio Strategy and Operations team and supports Sustainability, Global Crew Training, and other cross-functional programs across Amazon MGM Studios.


Key job responsibilities
- Run the operational backbone of the sustainability and crew training programs: budgets, contracts, partner payments, weekly report processing/QC, and compliance reporting
- Design, build, and maintain scalable operational systems and automations that support sustainability and crew training program growth
- Create and maintain KPI’s and case studies demonstrating program progress
- Cross-functional project management across Production, Finance, Legal, and external partners to drive the programs’ roadmap
- Develop and maintain program materials, digital content, and partner-facing resources that tell the story of program impact
- Support large-scale cross-functional studio initiatives
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks and best practices across studio programs and policies

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
