Within MCAPS - Core, the Customer and Commercial Success organization build trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless services and support experience to help advance customers business outcomes driven by Microsoft technology.
As a Strategic Unified Global Black Belt, you will provide leadership, partnership and deep subject matter expertise for our field sales teams and our strategic customers. You will lead virtual teams of technical and support resources to meet our most complex customer’s support needs through Unified Support and Enhanced Solutions sales. Through close alignment with our sales teams, you will drive integrated selling of our Services offerings. This will enable our customers to accelerate the time to value of their Microsoft investment and deliver a more integrated and connected customer experience. You will build and maintain relationships with Services Sellers, Managers and Area leadership, influence strategic account direction and act as a trusted advisor. driving engagement with customers at CXO level, software developers, and Modern Support IT specialists. You will assist sales in account planning, orchestrate our most complex support sales opportunities, help customers evaluate and purchase Unified Support and Enhanced Solutions options that meet their requirements, remove roadblocks to deployment and drive partner and customer satisfaction.
The Unified Strategic Global Black Belt (GBB), is responsible for the end-to-end support sales process for assigned complex deals and accounts, shaping, scoping and proposing through deal orchestration to satisfy customer’s support requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and challenge customers with clear strategic vision of Modern Support aligned to their strategic goals.
- Contributing to Unified and Enhanced Solutions sales targets in your aligned territory by successfully winning complex support deals.
- Be the leader of a global virtual team, driving resource management, deal orchestration and execution.
- Drive senior customer and internal stakeholder conversations for Unified Support aligned to Microsoft’s customer solution.
- Understanding, demonstrating and translating customer requirements into winning One Services Sales proposals in partnership with our Industry Solutions Delivery (Consulting) teams.
- Be a voice of the field, providing actionable customer feedback and insights around our Enhanced Solutions offerings.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- Experience selling Services, Unified Support, Premier Support, Success offerings, or comparable enterprise services solutions.
- Demonstrated success supporting large, enterprise accounts and complex renewals within a global or matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders, including leading high-impact customer discussions and presentations.
- Experience providing field feedback to product, go-to-market, or offerings teams to improve sales motions and solution adoption.
Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
