AI & Copilot Studio Engineer

Role overview: AI agents are moving from experiments to everyday enterprise tools — and we want you building the ones that actually work in production. As an AI & Copilot Studio Engineer, you'll design, build and support secure, governed agents that connect directly into how our clients' businesses run, working alongside architects, analysts and client teams to turn real use cases into solutions people trust and use every day.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and configure Copilot Studio agents, topics, instructions, knowledge sources, actions, triggers and agent flows.
• Integrate agents with Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Power Platform connectors, REST APIs and Azure services.
• Create reusable prompts, actions and components, with appropriate human-in-the-loop / human-in-the-lead controls.
• Build agents people can trust - with the right authentication, governance and responsible AI guardrails built-in from day one.
• Push your agents hard — testing for accuracy, safety and performance before they ever reach a client.
• Maintain solution documentation and contribute to ALM, CI/CD, release and support processes.

Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Hands-on delivery experience with Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Working knowledge of generative AI, prompt design, retrieval-grounded solutions and agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through connectors, APIs or custom connectors.
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, environment strategy and solution-aware ALM.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and agile delivery skills.

Desirable: Azure AI services, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Graph, model context protocols, Application Insights and relevant Microsoft certifications.
