Project Manager - Senior Analyst

Role Summary 
Support end-to-end project delivery by coordinating scope, schedules, risks, changes, budgets, quality activities, and stakeholder communications. Use AI tools in routine project-management activities, validating outputs for accuracy. 

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and dependencies with relevant stakeholders.

• Monitor project execution and maintain accurate tracking of deliverables, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and approved changes, including AI-related workstreams.

• Coordinate work across project teams, clarify questions, remove or escalate roadblocks, and communicate priorities and changes to affected team members.

• Assess the schedule impact of change requests and communicate approved changes to stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Monitor project risks and issues, document mitigation actions, and escalate items that cannot be resolved at the project level.

• Prepare and communicate project or release status updates to sponsors, clients, and key stakeholders.

• Monitor milestones, budget performance, cost impacts, and project estimates; raise variances and support corrective actions.

• Coordinate quality reviews, track findings, and follow up on agreed improvement actions.

• Apply standard project-management methodologies and required delivery processes throughout the project life cycle.

• Use AI tools for activities such as agenda preparation, status updates, and reporting, and verify outputs before use.

• Provide work guidance to project resources and support interviews when required.

Required Qualifications 

• Minimum of 2 years of project-management experience in client-facing environments. 

• English proficiency at B2 or C1 level, both written and spoken. 

• Experience tracking project scope, schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests. 

• Experience preparing project status reports and communicating with clients, sponsors, or other stakeholders. 

• Working knowledge of project-management methodologies and delivery processes. 

• Experience using spreadsheets, presentation tools, or project-tracking tools to maintain project information and reporting. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Certification in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT 5, or a comparable methodology. 

• Experience supporting project budget control, cost tracking, or financial reporting. 

• Experience coordinating a small workstream or team and providing guidance to project resources. 

• Experience working with multicultural or geographically distributed teams. 

• Experience using AI tools to support project-management activities. 

• University or technical degree, advanced studies in Systems Engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience is also accepted.
