Title and Summary
Manager, Product Management, Network Products, LACOverviewThe Manager, Product Management will lead the regional management, commercialization, adoption, and performance of an established portfolio of Network Products across Latin America and the Caribbean. The role will serve as the dedicated regional owner for mature and scaled solutions, helping protect and expand existing revenue streams while ensuring strong customer support, operational execution, and portfolio visibility.
Working closely with regional market teams, Global Product, Technology, Customer Delivery, Finance, Legal, Franchise, and other cross-functional partners, the Manager will translate global product direction into clear regional priorities and execution plans. The role will also identify opportunities to deepen adoption, improve product performance, and support relevant enhancements and new initiatives across LAC.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the regional product management agenda for an assigned portfolio of established Network Products, which may include Cloud Edge, Early Reconciliation, Simulators, Clearing Optimizer, X-Code, and other scaled solutions.
• Set portfolio priorities, plans, adoption targets, milestones, risks, and success metrics, ensuring clear governance and visibility across LAC.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by identifying customer opportunities and partnering with account teams on value propositions, pricing, commercial conversations, and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for market teams and Global Product, aligning regional requirements, roadmap priorities, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Guide customer engagements and implementations with delivery and technical teams, ensuring responsive support, clear ownership, and timely resolution of escalations. Identify process improvement opportunities and work with relevant teams to enhance the product and simplify solution enablement.
• Lead regional execution of product enhancements, pricing changes, and global or regional announcements, including stakeholder alignment and customer communications.
• Monitor portfolio performance through adoption, revenue, customer feedback, and business reviews, translating insights into actions and executive updates.
• Support the regional introduction of relevant enhancements and new Network Products through opportunity assessment, market prioritization, readiness, and go-to-market execution.
All About You:
• Experience in product management, sales, technology, in the payments industry.
• Working knowledge of payment processing, including authorization, clearing, settlement, connectivity, or adjacent network capabilities, is preferred.
• Experience working across multiple Latin American and Caribbean markets, or in another complex regional environment, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a product portfolio across its lifecycle, including strategy, adoption, performance management, and customer engagement.
• Experience identifying cross-sell opportunities and recommending related solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to connect customer needs and product value to clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and revenue opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the judgment and accountability to lead multiple workstreams independently across markets and functions.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences. Portuguese is a plus.
