Job Summary
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the achievement of business and marketing objectives with clients and partners. This role involves the development and implementation of client and market plans, campaign execution, and measurement of engagements. The Marketing Analyst works across financial institutions, merchant sellers, fintech partners, and government stakeholders to advance economic inclusion and drive marketing success. The position requires the ability to solve problems quickly, deliver value to stakeholders, and utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans in collaboration with account executives and stakeholders.
- Execute campaigns and programs, including promotions, events, marketing communications, sponsorships, partnerships, digital marketing, and sales support.
- Utilize data, analytics, and insights to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decision-making.
- Conduct analyses and research to support strategic planning and marketing plan development.
- Identify actionable consumer insights and opportunities through data analysis and consumer understanding programs.
- Ensure compliance with processes, controls, and brand standards.
- Manage marketing budgets and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Design and update dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and campaign outcomes.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- Experience in media and marketing analytics.
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.
- Experience in campaign execution and measurement.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing media budgets and optimizing for ROI.
- Experience in digital platforms and channel strategies.
- Experience in sales presentations and advising clients.
- Experience in creating dashboards and performance reports.
