• Drive integration readiness and transition planning to facilitate the successful handoff of acquired entities to ongoing legal entity ownership and business-as-usual governance processes.
• Coordinate governance support for banking, signatory, KYC, UBO, entity management, and related corporate maintenance activities arising from acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and monitor integration plans, remediation trackers, status reporting, and governance metrics to enhance visibility, accountability, and execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance processes, data quality, operational efficiency, and controls through automation, technology solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Support Global Legal Entities team priorities and special projects, including assigned attorney engagement activities, governance transformation initiatives, audit, regulatory and compliance-related projects, and other legal entity governance matters as needed.
