Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project-related communications, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders. The position demands overseeing the entire application lifecycle, from conceptualization through deployment, while addressing challenges and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs. Collaboration with various teams to align technical efforts with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience in developing scalable data processing pipelines using PySpark.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data frameworks.
- Ability to optimize PySpark jobs for performance and resource utilization.
- Familiarity with data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation techniques within PySpark.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and integrating PySpark applications in cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
