Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and integration of solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and their integration within human capital management systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting within payroll environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
