Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships in South China.
- Understand client needs and deliver relevant Morningstar solutions through consultative selling.
- Manage sales opportunities from proposal and negotiation through contracting and closing.
- Support client renewals, including quotations, commercial discussions and contract coordination.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support tender/bidding documentation and commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and other internal teams.
Qualifications
- Relevant B2B sales, account management or renewal experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, data or software.
- Strong client relationship management, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with financial institutions is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and commercial execution.
- Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Success in this role will reflect a balanced contribution across new business, renewals, client retention and account growth.
