Key job responsibilities
Conduct outreach to local aviation stakeholders and maintain organized stakeholder profiles
Coordinate and support stakeholder briefings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and action item tracking
Prepare, submit, and track regulatory filings with federal, state, and local agencies
Maintain the team's conference and industry event calendar
Monitor and report on regulatory readiness across Prime Air site launches
Maintain organized records of stakeholder databases, regulatory correspondence, and filing statuses
Provide general administrative and research support to senior specialists
Monitor FAA Federal Register and route relevant notices to senior regulatory specialists
A day in the life
Once a strategy is aligned on, you will connect with local aviation stakeholders, including airport managers, helipad operators, and flight school instructors, conducting outreach calls, building stakeholder profiles, and coordinating briefings that keep Prime Air's expansion plans on track. You will also ensure the team's regulatory machine stays on course; updating site launch tracking tools, preparing and submitting regulatory filings, maintaining records, and providing research and administrative support to senior specialists who are driving the future of drone delivery.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
