AI Transformation Specialist

Client & Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the AI & Data team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project Metlife-MX-Data Integrations-Quick Wins. The client is a Large Insurance Company, a company specializing in providing insurance, employee benefits, and financial services to customers worldwide. Responsibilities: As an AI Transformation Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering on the vision of an AI transformation. You will guide and lead the execution of AI transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required. Intermediate proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture, Organizational Design, AI & Data Operating Model, AI & Data Platforms Strategy, and AI Adoption is suggested. Develop and refine AI transformation strategies that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Support and mentor colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance. Analyze complex challenges and design innovative solutions that drive efficiency and value across projects. Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business needs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI transformation methodologies and frameworks to elevate quality standards.
