Job Description

Purpose: Provides administrative, program, and project support to ensure efficient operation of the Clinical Research Unit and related quality systems. Trains new employees, reviews trainee data for accuracy and compliance with procedural requirements. Creates and maintains training files, assists in organizing, coordinating, and verifying departmental activities to maintain compliance, data integrity, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions and Other Job Information:

• Present and facilitate new employee orientation sessions to introduce GCP principles, clinical expectations, and quality standards.
• Assists and prepares technical training materials as well as administering training development programs.
• Maintains and manages electronic data and records systems, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and reporting of information that supports departmental programs, training activities, and quality processes in compliance with GCP and data integrity standards.
• Coordinates logistics for department meetings, training sessions, and conferences—both virtual and in-person—including scheduling, room or platform setup, participant registration, and material preparation.
• Prepares, organizes, and distributes training materials and departmental deliverables, ensuring timely availability and version control in accordance with document management procedures.
• Performs a variety of administrative and operational support tasks, including recordkeeping, filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining department files to ensure compliance and accessibility

**Build collaborative working relationships with supervisors and team members to support continuous learning and compliance.

Job Knowledge Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned 
tasks.

Job Complexity Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
- Technical positions may require a certificate
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at 
least 2 years).
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, and other corporate software platforms 
• Solid written and oral communication and interpersonal skills 
• Solid time management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask 
• Ability to manage, organize, and secure sensitive information 
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and cross functional multi-cultural global team environment 
• Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail 
• Capable of supporting small-scale collaborative meetings and presentations
