The North America Inventory Management organization is seeking an Instock Manager to join the Shrink & Quality team. This role will support shrink reduction and inventory health across the grocery network, with a particular focus on Sub Same Day and Grocery Fulfillment Center (FC) operations. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Inventory Management, Category, Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence and Tech teams to identify shrink drivers, translate data into actionable insights, and drive actions that improve inventory health and reduce waste.

- Partner with category and site teams to convert analytical insights into clear actions, owners and timelines.
- Track initiatives against expected shrink savings and drive actions through to closure using established mechanisms.
- Support weekly and monthly business review mechanisms, including insights, commentary and follow-up actions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate recurring reporting and analytical processes.
