1. Analyze operational and supply chain performance metrics to drive
system accuracy and reporting, as well as effectively present data to
vendors and internal teams
2. Collect supply chain data and perform advanced modeling and
statistical analysis in order to map, document, and recommend
improvement and cost reduction opportunities
3. Actively engage with internal partners throughout the organization to
meet and exceed customer service levels and transport-related KPIs
4. Prepare vendor health and performance scorecards and track
performance to financial goals
5. Review vendor contract performance standards and manage vendor
incentive/penalty payments
6. Provide contract compliance reporting to leadership and identify
opportunities for process and data simplification
