A successful candidate will have experience managing technical workflows and collaborating with both creative and technical personnel, in addition to having a strong knowledge for the most current graphics software and hardware used in game and studio broadcasts. This position will need to be a quick learner who can adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and at times little oversight.
The desire and ability to learn and be curious while staying on the leading edge of graphic and broadcast technology will be of the utmost importance. Understanding the nuances and needs of each Prime property will be critical and overall sports knowledge is a must.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage implementation of VizRT, Chyron, and other real-time graphic systems.
• Provide project management for all graphic elements and systems, working closely with Remote and Studio teams.
• Plan and document data feed interfacing and integration across various leagues and vendors.
• Coordinate AR/XR implementation, focusing on studio environments while also supporting AR integration for live games as needed.
• Support internal teams such as AWS with innovative broadcast approaches and advanced data integration.
• Test new software and updates (versions, scripting, and major template changes) before on-air deployment.
• Facilitate training for staff and freelance employees on graphic platform software and workflows.
• Oversee licensing of graphics software for the entire department.
• Collaborate with Media Management to archive all animation and graphic elements.
• Interface with Sales and Production teams on sales-related deliverables.
• Master new graphic platforms as studio tools expand.
• Partner with Technical Operations to enhance existing tools and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and proposing new or upgraded solutions.
• Ensure broadcast asset deliveries meet Prime Video Live Sports Guidelines.
• Work closely with Production/Prod Ops to coordinate Operator training and help host key review meetings.
• Some business travel required.
About the team
The GFX team is responsible for delivering technical graphics and building efficient delivery processes across Prime Video Live Sports productions. GFX collaborates with Technical Operations to support the entire Live Sports Production with live game and studio graphics projects.
Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
