What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • Working knowledge of core R2R processes, including General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, payroll accounting, month-end close, accruals, and financial reporting. Able to perform standard activities accurately, follow accounting policies, resolve basic discrepancies, maintain documentation, and demonstrate understanding of controls, timelines, quality requirements, and stakeholder collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Execute day to day R2R activities including General Ledger accounting journal entries account reconciliations payroll accounting accruals month end close and financial reporting • Ensure assigned activities are completed accurately and on time in line with established accounting policies procedures controls and quality standards • Prepare account reconciliations investigate discrepancies and follow up on outstanding items for timely resolution • Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit evidence for assigned activities • Resolve routine accounting issues by applying established procedures precedents and general guidelines • Coordinate with the immediate team supervisor and relevant business stakeholders to resolve queries and complete assigned activities • Perform daily tasks with detailed to moderate guidance and follow detailed instructions for new or unfamiliar assignments • Make decisions within the defined scope of work with primary impact on individual deliverables and assigned responsibilities • Contribute as an individual team member within a predetermined and focused scope of work • Identify process gaps and support quality and continuous improvement initiatives • The role requires working in night shifts based on business requirements
