As part of the Candidate Experience team, you will join a dynamic organization committed to attracting top talent, ensuring every candidate feels valued from the first interaction through onboarding and integration.



What You Will Achieve 

  • Facilitate talent acquisition by attracting high-quality candidates and streamlining their onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for all new hires from initial contact through integration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and hiring managers to resolve onboarding questions and issues, including access to relevant tools, technologies, information, and events.
  • Take ownership of all recruitment and onboarding administration tasks and tickets, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and with a superior level of quality.
  • Manage and track pre-hire contingencies and onboarding tasks to ensure compliance, timely completion, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare, update, and verify the accuracy of employee records and onboarding data through reliable data entry practices, supporting audit readiness and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute key operational components of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, offer documentation generation and management, and pre-boarding documentation administration.
  • Ensure process alignment with country legal and privacy-related requirements, and deliver against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for recruitment and onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment and onboarding processes through continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, compliance, and user experience.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows, low-code solutions, and process automations using enterprise technologies such as Microsoft Power Platform to reduce manual effort and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Support the adoption and utilization of AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, to streamline recruitment and onboarding activities, improve service delivery, and enhance stakeholder experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions, automations, and process enhancements that improve candidate, hiring manager, and employee experiences.
  • Analyze operational data, process trends, and user feedback to identify automation opportunities, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and promote effective team collaboration and communication, operate within established procedures, and seek guidance as needed to uphold best practices and support organizational goals.

 

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Hands on experience using Workday to support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities.
  • Experience supporting, developing, or maintaining process automations and workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies, AI-powered agents, copilots, or low-code/no-code solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • English and Spanish fluency.
  • Hands on experience supporting recruitment and onboarding delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

 

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Experience supporting digital transformation, process optimization, continuous improvement, or innovation initiatives within HR, Talent Acquisition, Shared Services, or Operations environments.
  • Proven ability to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable technology solutions while maintaining compliance, quality, and operational effectiveness.
