As a Supply Chain Intern – Customer Fulfillment & Demand Planning, you will support end-to-end supply chain operations, helping to ensure products are delivered efficiently while contributing to forecasting, inventory management, reporting, and process improvement activities. This role offers valuable exposure to customer fulfillment, demand planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a global organization.

Main responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end order processing and coordinate activities with logistics providers, internal hubs, and commercial teams.
- Prepare and analyze supply chain performance reports and identify trends, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and support activities to prevent product shortages and improve stock availability.
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and the resolution of stock discrepancies.
- Support demand planning activities by reviewing demand and supply data and contributing to forecasting processes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to help maintain product availability and service levels.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
About you
To excel in this role you will need:
- To be currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to identify trends and insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to gather and connect information from multiple sources.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong systems aptitude and willingness to learn ERP and planning tools, such as SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common business applications.
