Third-Party Risk Management Specialist

Support the evolution of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes. Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to support the delivery of business-driven TPRM solutions, gather and prioritize requirements, drive continuous improvements, support solution delivery, and ensure alignment with governance, risk, and compliance objectives.  Preferred candidates will have practical experience in Third Party Risk Management and Financial Due Diligence programs, including supplier risk assessment and due diligence processes and tooling, regulatory requirements, and implementation of Financial Due Diligence controls across suppliers.

 

This role focuses on TPRM process ownership, GRC platform operations, business requirements management, and continuous improvement activities. It is not a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Management role.

 

•            Process & Tooling Management: Support and manage the end-to-end TPRM process and related tooling requirements from a business perspective, prioritizing enhancements and continuous improvements.

 

•            Stakeholder Representation: Represent the TPRM function in discussions involving operational scenarios, regulatory changes, and process enhancements. Serve as a subject matter resource for TPRM business processes and platform capabilities.

 

•            Requirements & Delivery Support: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner with CIO and Agile delivery teams to support successful implementation. Validate that delivered solutions meet documented business requirements and TPRM objectives.

•            Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with TPRM stakeholders, risk domain owners, compliance teams, and technology teams to drive process alignment, support compliance objectives, and facilitate platform enhancements and process improvements.

 

•            Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Identify challenges within TPRM processes and GRC platform capabilities, collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions, and contribute to ongoing process and tooling improvements.

 

•            Functional Support & Change Management: Provide ongoing functional support for TPRM processes and assist with the implementation

Main skill: Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Platform Operations (Proficient +2 years)

 

2+ experience managing a TPRM platform – focused on one or more of the following operational domains - information security, data privacy, health and safety, environment governance and insurance
