Description
As the Commerce Roadmap Lead for Apple TV Business, you will drive the prioritization of various cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure these are scoped, sized, prioritized, planned and executed flawlessly. You will work with leadership across business, engineering, program, product, finance and others to define a roadmap for Apple TV that delivers growth for the business.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the annual roadmap planning program by working hand in hand with various functions across the organization, for the management and prioritization of the Commerce Apple TV roadmap.
Operations: Define, manage and optimize the process by which initiatives are reviewed and prioritized through the lens of business growth, financial success, and customer need.
Serve as the liaison between the TV business team and Engineering and Product, translating technical capacity and product feasibility into clear, business-relevant context to inform priorities and decision-making.
Project Management: Outstanding ability to understand project management, dependencies, scaling risks and tracking the delivery of major initiatives, while maintaining the Apple TV roadmap.
Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and communicate with multiple stakeholders in various functions and levels with an understanding of how to balance functional and business critical needs.
Program Coordination: Serve as a central point of connection across functions — gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders (including product, engineering, TV strategy, and finance), synthesizing and organizing information into clear, actionable deliverables, and ensuring the right information reaches the right teams at the right time to keep initiatives moving forward.
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships across business, engineering, program management, finance and product leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on roadmap decisions and tradeoffs.
Innovation: Drive organizational adoption of new processes, tools, and frameworks by building buy-in across functions, managing through ambiguity, and ensuring changes to ways of working are communicated and implemented effectively.
Partner closely with TV Strategy to translate business requirements into financial forecasts.
Represent Apple TV Business and operations in the roadmap planning cycles in collaboration with other services and functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in program/project management or technical roadmap planning in large scale, complex organizations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams through established frameworks and effective communications.
Experienced in balancing multiple conflicting priorities, cross-functional collaboration and work streams, working with limited resources
Experience scaling programs and initiatives globally, with a deep understanding of the nuances across countries and regions.
BA/BS degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Solid understanding of product management and appreciation for roadmaps and engineering developments.
Fluent in backend tech stack architecture.
Excellent communication with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
A strong analytical mindset comfortable leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decision-making. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.
Outstanding ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
A meticulous approach to work, with a demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving environments — keeping work organized, on track, and aligned to the highest standards.
A naturally curious individual with an innovative, big-picture mindset.
Experience in entertainment, streaming and/or subscriptions is ideal.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $266,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
