  • Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment of existing and prospective relationships, including periodic review of financial performance, liquidity position, peer benchmarking, and financial projections.
  • Collaborate closely with product partners across Capital Markets, Commodities, Derivatives, Trade Finance, and Lending to identify cross-sell opportunities and deepen product penetration across the portfolio.

  • Corporate finance acumen, including a sound understanding of capital structure drivers and the ability to develop and evaluate financial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Quantitative, accounting, and financial modelling skills applied to the evaluation of complex transactions and client situations.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into compelling client materials.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Reserve Based Lending, project finance, or other structured lending products within the energy or natural resources sector.
  • Familiarity with legal documentation including Loan Agreements and ISDA Master Agreements.
  • Postgraduate qualification such as an MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Established internal and external networks across product, risk, and regional banking teams within a global financial institution.
