Overview

The Senior Account 360 Program Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end alignment across Microsoft’s most complex commercial engagements. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Sales, Cloud + AI Infrastructure (Co&I), Digital Win Room (DWR), Strategic Pursuit Team (SPT), Industry, Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) and Finance, ensuring that Microsoft’s sell-to and buy-from motions are strategically aligned to maximize deal outcomes.

You will act as the single point of orchestration across internal stakeholders, enabling “One Microsoft” execution by aligning incentives, surfacing trade-offs, and driving clarity across competing priorities to land favorable balance of trade outcomes in strategic deals.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Cross-Org Orchestration (Co&I, Engineering, Procurement, DWR, SPT, Sales, Finance, Industry)

  • Drive alignment across engineering, infrastructure, and sales organizations to ensure coordinated execution on shared accounts
  • Act as a neutral, data-driven broker across competing priorities to land the right trade-offs for the enterprise
  • Embed into DWR ideation and deal forums to bring Account 360 insights into real-time deal shaping

Account 360 Insights, Analytics & Tooling

  • Leverage Account 360 dashboards and data sources to provide clear, actionable insights on sell-to vs. buy-from dynamics
  • Translate complex financial and procurement data into simple narratives for sellers and executives
  • Identify trends across accounts and regions to inform broader strategy and program improvements
  • Partner with tooling teams to improve Account 360 data visibility and usability across the field

Executive Engagement & Decision Support

  • Prepare and deliver clear executive-ready narratives for leadership forums (e.g., DWR Top Deals, exec reviews)
  • Drive decision clarity by framing trade-offs, risks, and recommendations tied to business outcomes
  • Influence VP/CVP-level stakeholders to align on enterprise-level priorities vs. siloed outcomes

Program Development & Scale

  • Help Account 360 from a capability into a repeatable operating model across the business
  • Define impactful practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks for an Account 360 engagement
